Ricor UK created via management buyout from KAB Seating

2001

Ricor Poland established.
 

2011

Midlands distribution centre established.
 

2014

China office established to support tool and equipment sourcing.

2015

Purpose built facility constructed in Starczanowo, Poland.

2016

David Johanson becomes majority shareholder and Executive Chairman.

2018

A new facility is established in Nitra, Slovakia.

2018

Investment in 1000T transfer/progression press line.

2018

Walsall Pressings is acquired.
 

2019

Acquisition of new facility, named Ricor North East.
