The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the company growth strategy. This will be focussed around, but not restricted to, driving new business for all Ricor facilities, in addition to maintaining and developing relationships and opportunities with current customers. The individual will be highly motivated, able to work independently, have the ability to think both strategically and work in detail, be commercially agile and astute and have extensive experience of working at senior levels with both OEM’s and major Tier 1’s.
Install, maintain, improve, and repair equipment, plant, services and installations ensuring production efficiency following best practice. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment (including software programming).
Manage the Production function within budget and to required targets to meet customer requirements and standards. Takes accountability for ensuring health and safety, customer quality, cost and delivery requirements are met. Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting inefficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.
